State-of-the-art machinery comprising various coating lines, chain-type coating machines, degreasing machines and phosphating lines ensure efficient production and offer you different methods of pre-treating parts, such as degreasing, phosphating and sandblasting.
We use bonding agents from Lord, Röhm und Haas, Cil, Henkel, Morton, Wacker and other suppliers, but our customers can also stipulate specific brands or products if they wish.
You can also choose to have your products treated in our new zinc-nickel line at our plant in Sroda Slaska, 30 km west of Wroclaw. This line is equipped with the very latest technology specifically designed for pre- and post-treating rubber-metal parts. It produces chromium VI-free coatings that provide salt spray resistance in excess of 720 hours, has a capacity of 30 million parts p.a. and as such meets the latest demands of the automotive industry.
